This is a great radio, not just a great shower/water-proof radio. This is about the fourth shower radio I've purchased, and the others had weak reception and I eventually gave up on them. This one comes through crystal clear (I often use it in different rooms to listen to stations my other 'regular' radios have trouble picking up). It is also very solidly built (hard plastic exterior, durable control buttons). I will probably buy one for the kitchen. It also has an emergency light so it would be handy in a power outage. I don't write many reviews for products, but this is a great one all around.
